Job Scope

  • To be responsible in designated area assigned by Head of Sales and Sales Director
  • To achieve Sales Target as assigned by Head of Sales;
  • To deliver Presentation, Proposals and Sales Contract;
  • To assist Head of Sales in identifying and resolve client concerns;
  • Coordination/Organizing Marketing events such as Factory Visit, Seminars, Trade Shows and Telemarketing events;
  • To assist in preparing Yearly Departmental Budget and Monthly Sales Forecast;
  • Participate in preparation / organizing of marketing events such as factory visit, seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
  • Communicate with team members & implement the organization’s operational guidelines, standards & policies.
  • To receive instructions as assigned by the HOD/General Manager/Director from time to time.

Other Duties & Responsibilities

  • Discharge such other duties and responsibilities that may be directed by superior or Department Head / Manager.
  • Any other duty and responsibilities as stated in the job scope issued from time to time but not mentioned in this Job Description.

Qualifications and Skill / Competency Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration
  • Good in written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malay & Chinese
  • Computer literate, Good communication & interpersonal skills.

Experience Required

  • 3 – 5 years related working experience sales in manufacturing Industry

Job Scope

  • To be responsible in designated area / clients as assigned by Head of Department.
  • Recommend & coordinate for any changes based on process analysis.
  • Closely update and follow up incoming sales, sales progress to Warehouse / Sales Department.
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact customer accounts as assigned.
  • Assist and coordinate with respective department in resolving any customers complaints.
  • Research and analyse new business opportunities.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • To follow-up for the outstanding and collection of payment.
  • To receive instructions as assigned by the HOD/General Manager/Director from time to time.
